Hi Jeronimus, I'm a bit new to blogger but I've enjoyed your blog for a while. I'd like to express my gratitude for the many hours of joy I've had admiring these many masterpieces. I'm starting out a blog of my own which focuses largely on and celebrates many aspects of Indian history & culture, miniature paintings being a significant portion of this. I was wondering I may share/use a few of the paintings you have on this blog. I would of course extend due credit. I look forward to both your answer and your future posts!
Hi Zuber. Thanks for your kind appreciation. You are more than welcome to share the art. I've tried to add links to sources of images when I can, but its not always posible. I look forward to seeing your blog. Post a link when you aee ready.
Hi Zuber. It means a lot to me that people. like yourself, are appreciating the art on this blog. Hope it helps to promote the wonderful creative and spiritual heritage of India.
Wishing you all success with your blog on the sufi theme. It is a story close to my heart. I enjoyed reading it.
The clash between the mystics and the fundamentalists has happened in all religions.
Certainly! I'm delighted to hear you enjoyed the read. My future plans are that this blog will continue to branch out and touch upon many other themes, including art and art works.
As you might know, Prince Dara Shikoh too is a character in the story of Sarmad. As such, may I use the exquisite illustration of him you posted quite recently for Part 2 of this tale? I will of course be certain to link this image back to your blog, I would be most grateful!
